- 500g lean pork ribs
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 kūmara, chopped
- 4 stalks shanghai greens or silverbeet
- Season with salt and pepper
- 8 litres of water
Method:
Place pork ribs, garlic, carrots, kūmara and water into a large saucepan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Add the shanghai greens/silverbeet and simmer until tender.
