- 2 apples
- 2 carrots
- ½ a cabbage
- ½ a pepper
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or natural yoghurt)
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (or lemon juice)
Method:
- Grate apples and carrots.
- Finely slice the cabbage and pepper.
- Mix ingredients together in a big bowl.
- Stir through salad dressing.
- Optional: add 1 tablespoon of finely diced onion.
