Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 tsp mustard seeds (optional)
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- ½ cabbage finely sliced
- 1 tsp lemon juice.
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add mustard seeds (if using) and cook until they pop.
Add leek and stir fry for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add cabbage, stir and continue cooking for about 4 minutes.
Season to taste.
Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
